working full time is terrible why do we just accept that having 8 days off a month is normal and okay…….. being alive could be cool but we waste it at our JOBS…. sorry i’m just heated about capitalism again i’ll be fine
I hate the days where i think i *might* look cute in an outfit, have the slightest bit of confidence, then i catch my reflection in a window and i realize how fat and stupid i look. then i see a girl in a nice, cute, put together outfit and i say to myself “what were you thinking??? Your outfit is bad. Look at hers she looks good, you look dumb. Go home”.

“The Incident” is the title of a book someone found at a used bookstore.
The book had to read from right to left as where the final page usually is, instead I found the first page. It started with a Latin quotation that I translated to something like “The First is the last to die ”. And instead of chapters were used the terms “Levels of Initiation” and “Archive I ,II, III ”, each Archive containing 7 levels. .
The cool part about the book was that it came with some…interesting pictures

You do not need permission to speak, take up space or express your feelings. So, please do not apologise for talking too much, asking for help, showing your emotions and being vulnerable. You have every right to do so. You do not need permission to simply exist, my love. Do not let anyone make you feel small, for you are so valuable and important. You are allowed to express yourself. You are not a burden, annoying, overreacting or anything like that. You matter and so do your thoughts and emotions, so do not ever apologise for sharing them.
The biggest step in recovery is actually wanting to heal. You need to stop hiding behind the demons of your past. It is okay, my dear. You are not your mental illness, you are not your trauma, you are not what has happened to you. You are not defined by any of them, and therefore you can gently let go of it. Stop holding on to it as if it is your friend, your familiar, your home - it is not. You are someone outside of your mental illness. I know that you want to get better, I truly believe you, my love. But ask yourself this question: Though I want to heal, is there still a part of me that actually does not want to recover, because feeling broken and sad is all I know? Make the choice to fully want to heal and watch yourself leaving the dark space that you have always known as part of you - it is time to leave that part behind and finally get to know the person underneath all the struggles.
